Manage all cultivation activities from the initial phase of production and manage the expansion of the same site under Health Canada guidelines.

• At the operations level,

Develop and implement compliant production plans and create standard operating procedures in collaboration with the quality assurance team.

Ensure compliance with SPS standards in handling cannabis.

Perform preventive maintenance and ensure an integrated pest management (PM) program is in place.

Identify and manage cost improvement by contributing new ideas. Lead trials of new or improved products.

Manage data collection and ensure that all steps and follow-ups comply with government regulations.

• At the administrative level,

Manage multiple production sites from A to Z, including: cleanliness of facilities, managing budget, production costs, performing general administrative tasks and purchasing materials as needed.

Provide staff development and performance management planning for all direct and indirect reporting, including ongoing skills training and onboarding of new employees.

Communicate effectively with other managers, supervisors and departmental employees to ensure prompt resolution of issues and achievement of culture department and corporate goals.

Manage safe working conditions and practices in the growing area. Apply the company's safety, health and environment policies.

Take care of all related documents and responsibilities.
